  • An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Bharati Safety Nets reserves the right to postpone or cancel services if payments are not made as agreed.

5. Site Access

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe and unrestricted access to the installation area.

  • Accurate measurements and site information.

  • Necessary permissions from apartment associations, builders, or property owners before installation.

Delays due to lack of access or permissions may result in rescheduling charges.

6. Installation

​

  • Installation will be carried out by trained technicians.

  • Installation schedules may change due to weather conditions, material availability, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Minor drilling or fixing may be required depending on the installation location.

 7. Customer Responsibilities

      The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the installation site.

  • Ensure children and pets remain away from the work area during installation.

  • Inspect the completed work before the installation team leaves the site.

8. Warranty

​

  • Warranty, if applicable, covers manufacturing defects and installation workmanship only.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, fire, natural disasters, chemical exposure, alterations, vandalism, or third-party repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear due to environmental conditions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
