Refund Policy – Bharati Safety Nets
At Bharati Safety Nets, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide high-quality safety net installation services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Advance Payment
An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.The advance amount is adjusted against the final invoice after successful installation.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled before the installation team is dispatched are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.If the cancellation is made after the installation team has been dispatched, transportation or site visit charges may be deducted from the refund amount.Custom-made or specially ordered materials cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has started.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following situations:
The order is cancelled by Bharati Safety Nets.We are unable to provide the requested service.Duplicate payment made by the customer.The service cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to Bharati Safety Nets.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after installation is completed.Incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer.Delays caused by weather conditions, restricted site access, or other circumstances beyond our control.Damage caused due to misuse, alterations, accidents, or third-party modifications after installation.
5. Installation Quality
If you are dissatisfied with the installation quality, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. Our team will inspect the site and, if required, rectify any installation-related issues at no additional cost.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.Refunds will be credited through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment mode.
